The University of Cincinnati

The Garner Neuroscience Institute at the University of Cincinnati has a new façade made out of materials from Mehler Texnologies®. The TF 400 mesh protects the exterior walls from wind, rain and sunshine. Its special feature: the façade evenly encases all points of the building, yet you can still clearly see out of the windows when you are inside the building.

The institute’s TF 400 façade simultaneously absorbs some of the traffic noise and also improves the micro-climate in the surrounding area. The flame-retardant material can withstand temperatures between -20 and +70 °C.
