Tartu Health Centre

This façade definitely belongs to the most appealing examples of textile building envelopes. It was carried out by archiprint in Tartu, Estonia. When looking at archiprint’s portfolio there are many of these aesthetically outstanding projects – for outdoor façade solutions or indoor ceilings with a particularly innovative use of textiles. With digitally printed façades they create buildings wraps that become landmarks of their own. The textile façade of the medical centre in Tartu creates a welcoming atmosphere and adds to the paradigm change in health architecture – towards an open, friendly architecture with warm colours and textures, surpassing the technically dominated hospital architecture of the past.
