Light and air for perfect livestock farming inside buildings POLYMAR® scrim Cristal products are horizontally installed weather protection systems with a high degree of translucency, which have been primarily developed for buildings for agricultural use. With this product line, a highly successful light and spatial effect is created due to the quadrature of the circle. At an angle of 45 degrees at maximum, POLYMAR® scrim Cristal appears like a closed coloured surface. At larger angles of up to 90 degrees however, the material is translucent. Its yarns are coated with PVC so they offer outstanding UV protection, thereby extending its lifetime. The available material width of 320 cm is unique for this application and it is often used for the sides of agricultural buildings. Further application possibilities include claddings for balconies during cold weather.
