AIRTEX® TOP | airtex® top

At 240 g/m² AIRTEX® top is the heavier AIRTEX® variant and is used in the widest variety of applications for solar protection. Like its little brother, it is made of 100% polyester fabric with an acrylate coating on one side and is impregnated. AIRTEX® top has a very high level of watertightness (water column above 1000 mm) and, compared to the lighter AIRTEX® variant, is distinguished by its higher tear and tensile strength. As a result AIRTEX® top is particularly suitable for applications where strength and durability are of an essence. The special coating lends AIRTEX® top a distinctively textile feel and outstanding properties compared to dyed materials made from polyester fabric or cotton.
