11/11/2009 - Seminar for textile structure held in Kiev
 During
exhibition show KIEV BUILD EXPO 2009 Mehler Texnologies Czech Republic
prepared in cooperation with Ukraine company Prostir some
lecture-seminar
“Textile architecture as a modern lightweight building method”.
Two
seminars had been prepared, one in a conference hall on the exhibition
fair ground for specialist from invited project teams and fabricators,
second for the Students Faculty of Architecture at Technical University
in Kiev.
Both seminars were run by the participation of Mr. Paolo
Giugliano, Project Manager Textile Architecture at Mehler Texnologies,
and Mr. Massimo Maffeis, owner of project company Maffeis Engineering
& Consulting.
The aim to organize both the conferences was to
increase knowledge about textile structure as modern building method,
about advantages to use those system of building, how to handle and
prepare a project and about materials Mehler Texnologies offers.
Both
auditoriums appreciated very much the software “Mehler TensileDraw” for
3 D model design. It enables project people to prepare accurate and
proper design of textile constructions.
We are sure that effort
we put into preparing both seminars (especially for students – our
potential clients) will bring Mehler Texnologies Group reasonable
results in the future. It is a feedback for increasing our business in
textile architecture in the Ukraine market.
